    New update put bug that doesn’t allow me to exit the #KeeloFam ad that shows up after workouts. Also, I cannot connect to Apple Health.

    Gave it 4 stars because early in the workout regimen. Rate again after a month. After I see some results. Overall great app and good programs. Be warned, workouts are compound based, does take some practice in order to perform.

    I love this app! Feels like I’m working out at my local box but at my own schedule! I use to attend my local box but could only make it to the 5 am class due to my schedule. Waking up at 4:30am was getting really old and I would miss A LOT of classes. Now I can sleep in a little longer and still get my workout in! Love how you can filter in what equipment you have available! Great app!!!!

    I’ve been using Keelo consistently for a year now. I recommend it to everyone. The workouts are well-designed to be short but intense and extremely effective—I’ve added muscle tone, kept fat off, and lowered my resting heart rate quite a bit since I started using it (having only done low intensity weight training previously). The app is simple to use but endlessly customizable (select the equipment you happen to have at the moment, if any), making it useful and easy to maintain consistency wherever you are, and the workouts are short enough to combine with weight training. This is the best of its kind.
