  • App has issues

    By mglobe
I downloaded the app, and followed all the instructions to set up the app, and not knowing that app has issues to work on IOS devices, i started the app. I clicked to pause my sons ipad, and the app locks it. That worked fine. Then when i clicked to allow play time, it doesn’t work. I then go to the support page to find out that the app is having issues working correctly on IOS device. That might be important to let users know when they download it. When running the app there is a little assist that pops up asking if you need help. That assistant should of told me not to activate the app till it is fixed. After uninstalling the app in a complicated way from my son’s ipad, I did the same on mine. Just be aware using this app. I gave it one star because screen time speaks of what the app can do, but not letting you know that its temporarily out of order for IOS. That would of saved me the discussion i had with my child when he thought i broke his ipad.
  • I’m a kid

So I’m a kid and I think that this app isn’t bad. I just think it’s inconvenient at times. For example, it blocks me out of my phone when I have and hour left and I spend that last hour I have on my phone trying to get my apps back. It’s a pain in the neck to have to use your phone for something in school but you are blocked out and have to make your entire class wait for you to do Kahoot (who else knows about kahoot?) I also believe that it doesn’t give the kid any privacy. Your parents can see everything you do if they upgrade to premium. As a kid who keeps secrets they don’t want their parents to know about which have to do with their phone, I’m not too happy about this part. Overall, I think it is a good app but it needs some tweaking. Parents might think that this is just a moody teen complaining about how the app is terrible, but I just want it to be more convenient during hours that you may need your phone (like during class when needed for a project) or for the kids who want privacy.

  • Horrible App

    By Pferguson
Apps on kids iPad during time out disappears which was fine, that controls too much game time. BUT, after 4 days they didn’t return and he lost all of it including his progress. Was a good idea but needs a major overhaul and fixes. Very disappointing. Would not recommend until it is fixed.
  • Not worth your time and frustration.

    By Rubyslippers324
Too many bugs. Locked down my child’s apps constantly when the iPad had not even been used. Moved the apps all over. We tried using their add-in product-which kept causing my sins brand new iPad to freeze constantly. We reinstalled numerous times. Still horrible. I’m not happy to be out the money my husband paid for the premium account but this app just isn’t worth the frustration.
  • Suspicious, glitchy, & illegal

    By RobertAllen07
Horrible because: 1. Why does it need my location? I could know if it TOLD ME!!!!!!! 2. 50,000,000 times I was locked out for no reason. 3. The way it hides things it force stops apps. Why illegal you ask? Any app that removes data without an obvious notice is ILLEGAL. A wiping app is SUPPOSED to delete data. A screen app is supposed to HELP LOWER SCREEN TIME NOT DELETE DATA.
  • READ THIS!!😡😡😡😡😡

this app is horrible!! it completely hacked all of my apps!!! if i could give this zero stars i would!! DO NOT GET THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!🤮🤮🤮🤬🤬🤬🤬😤😤
  • Really glitchy

This app is good for me so I won’t have my face in my iPad all day but there’s one big problem It won’t stop deleting my apps even when I follow the instructions to get them back it just deletes them again also it moves my apps around after I spent 15 minutes organizing them I’ve switched to another one besides this and it’s been WAYYY easier so I might come back to this if you fix that glitch
  • Not what it was

They have made everything part of premium now. I cannot even undo the time limit previously set under my free account. I will be deleting the app from my child’s device.
