  • Trouble connecting to internet

    I constantly get a message that the app can’t connect to the internet and to try again later. I usually end up deleting the app and re-downloading it. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. It’s annoying.
  • App crashes since latest update

    Wishlist keeps crashing the app. When it doesn't crash it tells me I need to update the app to continue using my wish list even though the app is up-to-date. I love Amazon but this app is terrible.
  • Wishlist has issues

    Whenever I change the sorting to priority(high to low) and I change the number or priority of something on my wishlist and save it, it goes back to the default sorting. I wish it would stay in the priority (high to low) setting.
  • Stopped working properly

    After the latest software update, the app no longer works properly. I can search for things but I can’t view orders, place orders or add things to my cart or wishlist. And today it won’t allow me to sign in. I keep getting a message that says “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.”

    Still no back button once you click Amazon at the top! The arrow disappears. You can’t go back to your previous page if you accidentally click Amazon. It will bring you to the homepage without any way to go back to previous page. BIG FLAW! Please fix this.

    I use this all the time on an iPad and iPhone because I have Prime. Problems I’ve noticed on the iPhone & iPad are while reading reviews you will keep reading repeat reviews because it loops back & you’ll question your sanity as well as waste your time. Another, on the iPad app you can’t see customer photos which makes reviews less helpful, but you can see them on the iPhone, so I have to open up my iPhone if I really want to see customer photos. It’s been a long time and I’ve updated these apps any times, but never an improvement to those issues. I would love this app if you could fix those bugs. I also don’t care for the item drop wishlist, I find it more annoying that I have to click it away after accidentally pressing something for too long.

    Love the app. Buy all my textbooks from amazon. But the app keeps saying “something’s wrong” when I sign into my account through this app. It’s fine if I type it in using a browser though. Definetly needs fixed.

    Ok. I really love shopping on amazon but one thing really irritates me. When your looking for something you can only go one way and if you lose the page your on you have to start over. Why don’t you have a right arrow ? I’m using the app on my iPhone am I missing something.

    App works for browsing. Saving to lists. Adding to cart. Will Not Work For Final Checkout. Weird that Amazon would not like to complete purchase from app. What’s up with fingerprint login?? Ever going to show up?
  • Error when going to “my orders”on iPad app

    When I use the app on my iPad and select my orders, it prompts me for the Touch ID and then I get an error saying, “sorry something went wrong. Please try again.” And then the screen says “still loading”and it never comes up. This does not happen on iPhone app, just on iPad. ☹️
