Always the first to notify me and the first I look to for “real” news on my phone.

There are only three good newspapers left in the country. WSJ is one. Content downloads fast; transition to video is seamless; app is highly reliable. Presentation on iPad is excellent. It could only be improved by including more content from the paper.

The best single source of US business news out there. The app is easy to navigate, and works well.

They always have the most relevant story and always at the heart of the matter and it’s uncanny, how do they do this? And they have the story before anyone else. Mark B.

Great newspaper, in depth, timely and edge cutting journalism.
  • Getting better

Still buggy but the content is great. What is the logic in how the app handles a return after leaving the app? Sometimes goes to the newsstand, sometimes to the start of the last article viewed, sometimes to the front page? And on opening the app on a new day, not sure where it is going to start. 1/9/15 Getting better, but navigation still unreliable. Also, I understand the ads, but the repetition of the same 3 ads is annoying . The addition of thumbnails to the section table of content is nice. 9/8/16 Getting better and more stable. Annoying in app purchases for some content. No longer requires password to access content for a subscriber 3/10/18 continues to improve. Adds seem very repetitive 4/19/18 the ads won’t let you swipe to get past. Perhaps more effective to read offline.
