    Should put a weight icon with a line through it when you’re only lifting the bar. I just squatted with 2 45lbs weights, misreading that it was telling me to squat just the bar! Hah

    1) An Apple Watch app. Right now you have keep your phone close at hand during the workout. There’s no watch UI. Would be much better to manage workout sets from the Apple Watch. 2) Heart rate monitoring during the workout. 3) Explicit [start] button for workouts. Right now tapping to select or view a workout starts the workout. Then you have to manually delete the workout.

    I did stronglifts before years ago before my fitness life took a detour into crossfit. But recently I've concluded that for most schedules and budgets stronglifts is all that you really need. It's blindingly simple, easy to start and stick to, and most importantly IT WORKS. Now, in the past I tracked my progress with a clunky spreadsheet on the phone. It was fine but not ideal. This app has transformed that. There is no typing involved. No planning ahead. Just show up to your gym, open the app, and start checking off completed sets. If you're a novice let me tell you: exercise is actually the easiest part of working out. The hard part is getting started and then sticking with it. At least for me, this app has made those challenges way easier to overcome. Oh and always remember to warm up. The pro version of this app will help you do that too and if you're already paying for a gym membership the additional cost should be basically negligible.

    It’s disgusting how you went from a one time payment for a few simple extras on the app to try and charge people $4 a month for practically nothing. This isn’t even your own original workout, yes you made the app and I was a fan until I saw that your trying to charge people a monthly fee for something that you use to charge a one time flat charge, and nothing in the app has even changed!!

    This app has been extremely helpful in staying organized and on top of my workouts. For a while there, I was having lots of glitchy problems. I left a bad review since the app wouldn’t let me get into the support system and I was frustrated. Luckily, the StrongLifts folks are on top of their s**t and handled the problem with virtually zero communication from me. Excellent work, guys! Thanks for everything. App is working perfectly!

    There needs to be more data about user lifts. Have a graph for each lift that is easier to see, show 1 rep maxes over time along with the weight used for 5 sets of 5 reps.

    Love this app (I use the free version). Not only does the StrongLifts program provide a smart way to train for increased strength, it does so while taking the thinking out of it (when using this app). I’ve really enjoyed the frequency of compound lifts, the rate of progressive overload, and the confidence I’ve built by improving my form. Definitely recommend this app.
