    This app would be so much better if it could quickly let me track my progress from my wrist instead of having to get my phone every time. This can be a bit annoying, especially in a crowded gym.

    My only two complaints: stronglifts is not a generic workout app; there is no Apple Watch app. Even with those caveats, five stars. Great guided workout; great progress logging, no stupid frills.

    I previously reviewed with a lower rating and some criticisms, which the developer addressed. One complaint I had was ordering the assistance exercises. As I have had more time using StrongLifts, not just the app but the actual recommended routine on the website) I have come around to its style and philosophy everything, even assistance workouts are ordered specifically for reason. This is a 5 star app and you won’t be sorry you spent the money to upgrade to the full version. It is simple and easy to use while you’re doing your sets, so it cuts down time trying to remember or write down what set you’re on, and not as clunky and cluttered as other apps. This isn’t just a great workout app it’s a great app in general and it’s design is well thought out and I’m impressed every time I use it.
