    I had checked the price for a trip to another town and it was about 11 dollars. I waited an hour until I was ready and the price had went up to 18 dollars. This is disappointing and annoying. Other than that, the app works for its purpose and I can get to my destinations. Actually, I also wish I could choose a filter for cars that I do and don’t want to ride in ( I always cancel mini vans), and maybe I could ask for a driver that has an aux cord and chargers.

    I started using Lyft January 2016. I use it everyday more then twice a day I have spent over 15,000 dollars on Lyft so far. It was great the people were great the service was great until yesterday. I left my house carrying my stuff for work, my wallet my phone and my notebook. I came into work and immediately noticed my wallet was missing. I called the driver back 5 minutes after her dropping me off. No answer. I texted her right away saying it’s missing and sent Lyft and email. I had 400 dollars in my wallet my Id some bank cards and the only pictures of my grandma who is now deceased. I emailed them for hours trying to figure out if she found it. They responded 24 hours later saying that she did not find it. Now I don’t care about the money or anything just the pictures of my grandma because they were the only ones. And I understand a passenger could have picked up my wallet but I called and texted the driver 5 minutes after my ride. Why did it take her 24 hours to respond to me? Of course someone else could have picked my wallet up because supposedly you took 24 hours to look for it.. and Lyft kept using the excuses that someone else could have picked it up and they don’t hire the drivers directly that they’re through a 3rd party and blah blah blah. Therefore I will never give Lyft another dollar if this is how they treat their daily and everyday customers. My wallet could have been found if she checked as soon as I called her and texted her. Very disappointed in Lyft.

    Well I can see the new app. I got the email to download the new lyft app. After several reinstalls I try and contact lyft. Good luck I get a rep, she tells me she has no idea what the new app looks like. I call back and I’m told I already have the new one. I tell the rep. No I’ve seen the new one on a friends phone. On the App Store page and I got the email about the new version of the app. She’s like O send another request with a screenshot. That was a week ago. And no response. Have you the developers tried to report an issue with the app through your help section. Yeah it can’t be done. So why offer a version not everyone can download? And why not train your staff to at least know what your app looks like?

    Lyft app switched my driver after I waited 7 minutes for my driver to pick me up. My new driver was 10 minutes away, and if I cancelled I would be billed $5 at that point... hope the $5 was worth it Lyft!

    I ordered a lyft and got the message he was outside. I see his car and he speeds off and charges me $5. He waited 30 seconds, I was in my driveway and I saw him leave. The customer service is nothing but a bot that doesn’t help at all. Never using this app again switching to Uber.

    I am a loyal Lyft customer. I switched to it from Uber because it was cheaper and service was a little better. But now they have raised the prices, they are higher than Uber. The time the car is away is never accurate. I have been late to work so many times because the ETA will say 4 minutes away before I request it, and when I request it it’ll turn to 15 minutes away. I am very annoyed and disappointed in Lyft’s service now. You have lost a customer.
