Reach out to us at Connecting to the Internet in the parks: Without a strong Internet signal, wait times, park hours and schedules may not update accurately. You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings. Note: Some features in this app will require your full name, country, birthdate and email address, as well as access to your location data. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards. The app will request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. The app will request access to your contacts to assign purchased PhotoPass images to your contacts. Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party. Some features in this app include the ability to make purchases and will require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection. Guests must be 18 years or older to make purchases.     The app has many nice features. But the major feature missing is notifications for fast pass and dinner reservations. The notifications can be native to your smartphone or even an attached calendar invite. Add that feature and you have a five star app.

    It’s really hard to navigate through the ordering process and it’s even harder to find your order if you don’t click on I’m here and close the ordering window
  • Pandora lines are disappointing

    Every time we wait an hour only to find out we’ve basically made no progress. When we got in line we were told it was 2.5 hours. Which is already ridiculous. We are now 3 hours and just found out we have another HOUR AND A HALF to go. We’ve missed out on our first fast pass and are about to miss our 2nd. Whatever joy I might find is being ruined by this insane wait.

    App was wrong about extra park hours so we thought we were coming early for the Avatar ride. However park had been open an hour according to security. The line was already 3 1/2 hours long. This place is ridiculous.
  • Not a lot of Innovation

    Slow to load, even slower to update. If 2 people have the app downloaded using the same account one of the person’s app does not update unless you delete the app and reinstall. Logging out and back in does nothing. Needs lots of work.
