This has become my go to. Sometimes I try the recipes as written and sometimes I just get inspired.

Once an avid cookbook collector, I now rely on NYT Cooking for inspiration and guidance. The authors deliver a panorama of cuisines that keep me interested in trying something new while learning about different cultures. There are still splattered, well-worn and even mangled cookbooks on my kitchen shelf, but the number is dwindling as I now open my i-Pad more often than not.

Recipes are easy to search in multiple ways. I also like the editors collections. And - the recipes are awesome!

After using this app for a few months I’ve begun to wonder how I ever lived without it. The fantastically extensive list of recipes, the curated collections of recipes and suggestions based on the day of the week or various holidays, the beautiful and descriptive videos, the helpful tutorials on general cooking techniques, and even the tone of writing all come together to make this a must-have app. Even meals I’ve been making for years have been elevated by the recipes and techniques I’ve picked up using this. Congrats to the team making this product possible, flawless execution.

I have discovered so many new and loved recipes, totally worth the subscription to the NYT! I wish you could save a recipe at first glance in the thumbnail view, but that’d be my only negative comment about it.
  • Great inspiration

Great inspiration for the “what’s for dinner” moment that is both accessible and reliably good. Love the personality, variety and consistency brought by the contributors. The active community makes this App a tier above the rest.
  • Like the app; wish you bring back the sort by chef

I like the option of filtering out by Chef. I see you have added a filter by type of dish and that is helpful. But chef collections are also useful.
