Every time the app has an update another one of my apps stops working. First it was Netflix. Then it was my instagram. I would not recommend.
  • NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! Do not get!

I bought my child an android and tossed aside her iPhone so I could use this app. So sorry I did this. Although this app does monitor certain things other things do not work and the worst thing is that there is no customer support. Not even through email. I make changes to account following parent handbook and they do not take. I have written three times for support and no response. I do get a survey a few days later asking about my experience. Do not waste your money on this one. Find another.
  • The BEST App I have found to date!

Seriously, this is the best product on the market for this type of monitoring. I have installed on my son’s computer, Kindle Fire, IPhone and have absolute monitoring of all activity in one simple site. I get daily reports of the previous day’s activity, reports where he attempts to violate the rules and at any time can remotely disable his device along with usage controls. Nicely done!!!
  • Easy to disable-IOS will have better built-in soon

I’ve been using this for about 6 months or so but not happy. Kids figure out pretty quickly how to disable this where I have to spend more time re-installing until the next time they do it. It’s too late for me, but save your money. Apple is coming out with native IOS parental controls over the next few months making this and similar apps completely obsolete.
  • Useless App —still haven’t gotten my refund

I purchased the app & installed it on my daughter’s phone. Within less than a day it became obvious to me that it would be easy to detect & circumvent the “controls & monitoring”. I canceled my subscription over 10 days ago and have yet to see a refund on my card. Learn from my mistakes and save yourself the money—don’t get this app.
  • Does not do all that it advertises.

I purchased the full version of this software and app because it claims to allow you to monitor not only web activity but also read and monitor all calls and sms messages. There is even a section for that information when you are in side the parent portal. However, after having the app properly installed for over 24 hours, I noticed that this information was. It populating—though other information was doing as it was supposed to do. I emailed support to ask why. They promptly responded that their software was not capable of doing text monitoring and phone call logging. I went back to their website and took a screen shot of where it states on their site that it, in fact, does just that. I have not heard back as of this post. I feel mislead and that this developer intentionally misleads the buyer in regard to the full capabilities of this tool.
  • IOS users BEWARE

I googled best parental control apps and PC mag rated this Editors choice. I went to their website and looked for what was important to me - SMS / text monitoring. Well there is an *.... none of it works for IOS / iPone. Didn’t figure this out until after buying their premium version For ~$55. Don’t be fooled - the slick advertising is a head fake for IOS users. I want a refund.

I tried using this app on my children’s devices but it did not block, restrict, or control anything. I do not recommend this app.
  • Doesn’t work

Installed on my son’s phone and my phone. Time and site restrictions sort of worked for a while, mostly time. But some sites like uTube were never blocked. I got a new iPhone 8 and installed parental version. When I log into portal I see no activity on my son’s phone which is simply not true. I personally used his phone to access anything I want whenever I want. Tried tech support a couple times but they are slow and provide bad info. For me, this was a waste of money. By the way, I’m pretty tech savvy having been an engineer with a top tech company for many years.
  • Premium version useless for iOS users

If you are an Apple iOS user, do not buy the premium version. It does not offer any further functionality than the free version. I made the mistake of purchasing the premium version only to find out after-the-fact that you cannot monitor or limit individual app usage on iOS devices. This is now stated in the ‘new’ apple users manual that was posted on the Qustodio website after I made my purchase. So the only thing it’s good for is limiting Internet access and locking down the entire device based on a schedule, which you can do for free. You cannot limit how much time your kid spends playing non-internet games, which is the whole reason I purchased the premium version. To add insult to injury, Qustodio says they cannot issue a refund if you purchase the app through the App Store, but how else are you supposed to purchase it on an Apple device? Fortunately, the App Store customer representative was understanding and issued a refund right away. The app itself also yielded very strange and confusing reports. It kept reporting that my kid was using Facebook when the app is not even installed on his device. Deleting this one for good.
