99% of material is only for paid users and the trial is ridiculous short at only 7 days. I’d be nice if you offered some free “lite” material for people to try and/or for people who might not want to purchase a subscription. I guess it’s all about the money.
  • I’m Back!

I had this app for over a year and a half and really enjoyed it, but the size of the app (fixed now) on my phone was frustrating and I chose to end my subscription. I tried using other apps and it was never the same. The videos prior to the meditations are so helpful for me and the quality of meditations and coaches truly separate this app from all the others. When I subscribed this time I just went ahead and subscribed for the entire year! I’m definitely back!

I have tried to establish a meditation routine for years to no avail. For some reason once I started using this app I developed a daily routine! I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years now. The best part for me is that over time I began to notice myself becoming calmer during times when I would otherwise become extremely angry or agitated and I began to feel awareness when I would otherwise easily go through a day like a robot, doing the motions without being aware I was doing the motions. Day in day out......where the hell did my life go kinda thing. Flat zombie life. Now when I feel a “negative” emotion I am aware of it and it passes quickly instead of getting stuck. You know, the obsessive mind loop that gets you no where?..... I also have moments now when I remember to be aware throughout my day. For me this has resulted in making each day more robust somehow?! The mundane no longer feels flat and zombie-robot like anymore.
  • A Little Sterile and Redundant

As a notorious meditation sceptic, I was really drawn to the concept of this app. I’m thankful that it at least got me started with meditation, but have found it to be a bit boring. I know meditation isn’t supposed to be exciting or fun, but many of the guided meditations are just the same things being said in a different way. There’s talk of “awareness” in nearly each one, but no one really expands on what it means to be aware, or how to reach a state of awareness. The instructors are also a bit more sterile then I prefer — less of the relaxing, slow tone of voice and more scientific. Regardless, I’m still thankful that it got me going, but considering that it’s a bit more pricey than other meditation apps, I just don’t feel like it’s totally worth it.
  • Everything locked behind a paywall

I’m not going to pay for guided meditations before I even get to try them. There’s plenty of free mindfulness stuff out there. Move on.
  • All content is locked unless you pay!

I regularly meditate on my own or using apps. I downloaded this because I liked the book. When I logged in, it was an immediate sales pitch and the actual meditations are all locked unless you give them money. What a disappointment! I deleted it already.

It tries to sell you a subscription. Deleted it.

The app offers a few really enjoyable meditations. However, most of their offerings are only available at an expensive monthly rate
